How to find us
By public transport:
From Munich Airport take the S1 or S8 to Munich Central Station. From the main station, either with the U4 in the direction of "Arabellapark" or the U5 in the direction of "Neuperlach Süd", stop Max-Weber-Platz - walk along Einsteinstraße in the direction of Trogerstraße. The TranslaTUM is on the corner of Einsteinstraße/Trogerstraße, the entrance is on the side facing away from Trogerstraße (map of the surrounding area).
Arrival by car - Please note:
There are hardly any parking spaces available on the grounds of the clinic! If you arrive by car, please bear in mind that you will need about an hour's drive from the outskirts of the city to the city centre and that the parking situation in the city centre is very tense.
Limited parking spaces are available at the Klinikum rechts der Isar itself: Very few parking spaces at the main entrance of the Klinikum (Ismaninger Str. 22). Five free disabled parking spaces on Trogerstraße north of the emergency room (entrance via barrier at Trogerstr. 6).
31 paid parking spaces, including two for disabled parking spaces, in the underground car park of the Neuro-Kopf-Zentrum (Ismaninger Str. 38). Prices: 1 hour free of charge, every additional hour 2,50 €, max. 15,00 € / day.
We recommend travelling by public transport or using the Park & Ride car parks (e.g. Olympiazentrum, Freimann).
In the immediate vicinity you will also find a few multi-storey car parks with costs.
