Simon Adrian won the 2nd place in the student paper competition of the 31th General Assembly and Scientific Symposium (GASS) of the International Union of Radio Science (URSI) in Beijing, China, with his contribution "Hierarchical Bases on the Standard and Dual Graph for Stable Solutions of the EFIE Operator". The URSI GASS takes place every 3 years. With more than 1000 participants it is one of the most important conferences in the area of radio science.
