The European Project Listen2Furutre promotes piezoelectric MEMS technologies for acoustic sensors.

Within this project, our professorship investigates control technologies for piezoelectric membrane‑based MEMS transducers. In close collaboration with Infineon Technologies AG, we focus on the development and control of piezoelectric MEMS microphones.
