TUM ranks no. 12 in "Global University Employability Ranking"
TUM graduates are high in demand internationally

Technical University of Munich (TUM) graduates are high in demand for positions internationally.
TUM ranks 12th in the "Global University Employability Ranking". About 9,000 human resources managers in 22 countries were interviewed for the survey.

The yearly survey of the British magazine "Times Higher Education", which is led by both, the French management consultancy Emerging, and the German market research company Trendence, interviews major industry companies for the universities with top graduates.

3rd rank in Europe - after Cambridge and Oxford

For several years in continuation, TUM is ranking no. 12 internationally, as a university preparing its students best for their future positions in companies.

Only the University of Cambridge (rank 4) and the University of Oxford (rank 5) rank higher than TUM in Europe.
The Humboldt University of Berlin (rank 39) and LMU Munich (rank 43) are the only competitive German universities.

TUM ranks on top in other rankings continuously. In 2020 TUM ranked as German no. 1 in the "QS World University Ranking" six times in continuation.
TUM also gains top marks by its own students in the 2020 "CHE University Ranking".
