Mahmoud Ahmed receives Rohde & Schwarz Award
At the "Tag der Fakultät 2014" on 07 Nov 2014, Dr.-Ing. Ahmed Mahmoud for the Institute for Nanoelectronics was honoured with the Rohde & Schwarz Award for his dissertation
"Modelling and Design of Single-Molecule Devices".
