Collaboration with ETH Zurich on Tuning Laser Pulses with Microwaves appeared in Nature

Our team has collaborated with researchers from the Institute for Quantum Electronics of the ETH Zurich on the modeling and first experimental realization of a new monolithic mode-locked semiconductor laser with a continuously and widely tunable repetition rate. The findings have been published in Nature. Senica et al., Nature 652, 892-898 (2026)

The team of the Computational Photonics Group has collaborated with researchers from the Institute for Quantum Electronics of the ETH Zurich on the modeling and first experimental realization of a new monolithic mode-locked semiconductor laser with a continuously and widely tunable repetition rate. The findings have been published in Nature.
